About Me

I\’m an English teacher who has taught all levels of high school English. From on-level to honors & AP and dual enrollment, I\’ve taught it, created fresh units, revised old classics, written CCSS assessments, developed new texts—you name it. Regardless of the level my goals remain the same: challenge students with a mix of the classics and modern texts, create consistent expectations in their effort and outcomes, and guide them to mastery of the literature, their writing, and the standards.
